We can confirm that Ted Cann's loan deal has been extended until the end of the season.
The West Bromwich Albion shot stopper joined on loan after Callum Hawkins' ACL injury ruled him out for the rest of the season and has made seven starts since making his debut against Bradford (Park Avenue).
Paul Holleran has confirmed that Connor Taylor has joined Barwell on a one month loan deal in order to gain match time.
We'd like to wish Tayls the best of luck in Leicestershire.
Buxton will visit Your Co-op Community Stadium for a rearranged Vanarama National League North fixture on Tuesday 14 February, 7.45pm kick off.
The initial rearranged fixture for Tuesday 7 February was postponed due to a frozen pitch in areas.
We are delighted to announce the loan signing of goalkeeper Ted Cann on a month long loan deal from West Bromwich Albion.
The 22 year old helped the Baggies to a Premier League 2 Cup win over Wolves in 2021/22, saving two penalties in the penalty shoot out. He has also spent time on loan at Worcester City, AFC Telford United and Yeovil Town.
Ted would have been able to feature in tonight's game against Buxton, however that fixture has been postponed by a Level 1 Professional referee due to frozen areas of the pitch.
Welcome to the Brakes, Ted!
Entry to the weekly draw costs just £1
