URGENT NOTICE: POSTPONEMENT of the AGM

Dear Shareholder,

Coronavirus (COVID-19) and the Annual General Meeting, Sunday 29 March 2020

Following the Government's very important advice about minimising the impact of the coronavirus on the UK's population the Board of Directors have decided to postpone the Club's AGM. The last thing we would wish to do is inadvertently put any shareholder or any proxy attending the AGM on their behalf at risk.

I will inform you of the new date for the AGM after the Government advises that it is safe for people to congregate in meetings again. The Agenda for that meeting will remain the same.

In the meantime, please take good care of yourself and continue to follow the Government's advice.
