Anthony signed for Leamington in July 2018 after impressing while on trial. He had signed for Altrincham earlier in the close season having left Hednesford Town, with whom he spent the latter part of last season, but a change in his circumstances saw him become available and Paul Holleran moved quickly to snap him up. He scored on his home debut, coming off the bench to seal a 4-2 win over Bradford Park Avenue, and also scored a spectacular late winner against Witton Albion in the FA Trophy, but left the club in the December for Barwell after becoming frustrated with a lack of playing time. However, he returned to the Brakes squad for the final game of the season as Paul Holleran's side won the Birmingham Senior Cup for a second time in three years.
The 21 year old attacker started 2017/18 with AFC Telford United, scoring twice in his first start for them in a 3-0 win against Brakes at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium. He began his career moving through the ranks at Mansfield Town, spending time with Stafford Rangers, Matlock Town and Ilkeston before joining Telford.
