Experienced goalkeeper Richard Anstiss joined Brakes in summer 2008 from Warwickshire neighbours Rugby Town AFC, making 14 appearances in 2008/09 as part of the squad that lifted the Southern League Midland Division title under Jason Cadden. He will best be remembered for an outstanding performance in a 2-0 win at Nuneaton Town, and also for dancing on the tables in the clubhouse wearing a gold and black wig after we had won the league!!
