Theo has been an integral part of a defensive unit that, despite our ups and downs over the past couple of years, has remained consistent in being hard to break down. His experience and leadership qualities are sorely missed when he is absent from the starting eleven. His starting appearances were reduced last season, but he remained an important figure in the squad as we consolidated at Step 2 once more. 

Having begun his career at Derby County in 2006 and making his professional debut as a youngster in League 1 while on loan at Doncaster Rovers, Theo has gained huge experience playing predominantly in central defence, but also on the right side and in a central defensive midfield role for the likes of Rotherham United, Solihull Moors, Alfreton Town, Nuneaton Town and latterly AFC Telford United for four seasons before joining Brakes in summer 2022.
