Josh Quaynor has become the latest player from last season’s squad to agree terms for the 2025/2026 campaign.
The experienced defender, enjoyed another consistent season last time out, and along with George Ward was second only to Callum Hawkins for the number of games he started for Brakes, highlighting a consistency to his game which sees him just five appearances short of a century in Gold and Black as he begins his third season with the club.
‘After the last two good seasons we’ve had as a club it was an easy decision for me to re-sign again after knowing the gaffer wanted to keep me,’ said Josh. ‘All the lads and fans have been so welcoming since I arrived and the club feels like home to me. I hope we can continue from last seasons record breaking points tally and kick on again. I’m glad to be a part of it for another season. Up the Brakes!’
‘Josh has been one of the experienced heads in our squad for the past two seasons, making some hugely important contributions, and we are delighted to have him back on board for another season,’ said manager Paul Holleran.
