The clubhouse hosted the annual Presentation Night on Friday 6 May. A very good turnout, a good atmosphere and some worthy winners:
Following a showing of Nick Leek's excellent 2015/2016 Season Highlights compilation, Chairman Jim Scott firstly acknowledged those in the room who work so tirelessly for the club behind the scenes and gifts of wine and flowers were presented to our wonderful volunteers.
Clubman of the Year was won by our Press Officer, Paul Edwards. Paul, unfortunately was unable to be present on the night due to work commitmants, but his well deserved award was collected on his behalf by good friend Vince Taylor, and subsequently presented to Paul the following evening.
Next up, was Junior Clubman of the Year, which went to Assistant Kit Man Matty Nutt. Matty was presented with his award by Manager, Paul Holleran.
The Don Hartwell Award for 2016 was presented by Director Kevin Watson to George Pirie, in recognition of the many hours he has spent at the Stadium over the years undertaking tasks such as weed removal, waste recycling and general maintenance issues.
Following recognition of our volunteers, the player awards followed. Top Goalscorer for the 2015/2016 season with 15 goals was Ben Mackey. Ben received his golden boot award from Kevin Watson.
Players' Player of the Year went to Tony Breeden. Tony received his award from previous director & groundsman Nigel Hodgkins
It was the turn of the Supporters' Player of the Year next. Votes were cast at the final league game of the season v Hungerford Town and Jack Edwards topped the poll to receive the coverted award from Brakes Trust chairman Nick Rogers.
Finally Manager, Paul Holleran took to the stage to present his Managers' Player of the Year award to Jamie Hood.
The evening was rounded off with 6 long serving players receiving special shirts in recognition of significant milestones reached during the season:

Ben Mackey - 150 appearances, presented by Donna Joynes
Jamie Hood - 150 appearances, presented by Kate Fisher
Lee Moore - 150 appearances, presented by Ian Mitchell
Joe Magunda - 150 appearances, presented by Andy Calcutt ('Boris')
Tony Breeden - 150 appearances, presented by Mick Justice
