Once again Phillips 66 have done us proud with a bright new scoreboard installed at their cost and in addition to the agreed sponsorship deal.
Tuesday nights game against Dunstable Town saw the scoreboard lit up in all its glory for the first time at a night game and the result was not bad either. It is another indication of Phillips 66's commitment to the club and the community and follows on from their installation of signage at the ground entrance and around our stadium that has added a touch of class to our facility.
They have contributed to the cost of team kits for all our affiliated teams, sponsored Nick Rogers (Brakes Trust Chairman) Cancer Charity Fund raising event to the tune of £500 and given out free boot bags to all junior players who attended the photo shoot night at the start of the season. They have plans to reward some of the community team volunteers in the near future and they are truly proving to be a committed partner.
