Brakes have captured their second new signing of the summer in the shape of young goalkeeper Brad Caswell.
The 19 year old got his first taste of the non league game last season in the Northern Premier League with Stafford Rangers.
Having been with Wolverhampton Wanderers from a young age for 8 years the Halesowen based keeper then joined Walsall as a scholar before linking up with Stafford at the beginning of last season after a trial.
Meanwhile two more key members of last season's squad have signed up for the 2018/2019 campaign. Connor Gudger passed 150 appearances for the club as he appeared 47 times, second only to Junior English in the appearance stakes. His only goal was a memorable one, a stunning free kick in the 3-2 victory at Salford City.
James Mace passed 300 appearances in his eighth season with the club, making 36 appearances while turning out in central defence and at right back. Paul Holleran has now secured the majority of his defensive unit from last season, which will provide a further boost as he looks to build a squad capable of consolidating in the Vanarama National League North once more.
We would like to welcome Brad to Leamington FC, and along with Connor and James, wish them all the best for the forthcoming season.
