Paul Holleran has moved to increase his options in the middle of the park by snapping up Walsall midfielder Sam Perry in a loan deal to the end of the season.
The 21 year old, who spent the first half of the season on loan at National League Yeovil Town, signed for The Saddlers in 2019 after starting his career in Aston Villa's academy. He marked his first team debut early in 2020 with a man of the match performance in an EFL Trophy tie against Portsmouth, and made his Football League debut soon afterwards. Prior to the beginning of the current campaign Sam had made over 40 appearances for the League 2 side, scoring two goals.
