Paul Holleran has moved to sign cover for injuries to Ben Usher-Shipway and Joe Clarke by agreeing a 1 month loan deal with Northampton Town for midfielder Liam Cross.
The 19 year old graduated through the Cobblers academy, making his debut in the final match of the 2020/21 season against Sunderland before being offered his first professional contract, which was extended in the summer. Liam has made several appearances for the Sky Bet League 2 side's first team in all competitions, and spent time out on loan in the Southern League last season with St Ives Town and Tamworth.
