Joe Clarke is the latest member of Paul Holleran’s squad to agree terms for the forthcoming 2021/2022 campaign.
The midfield stalwart is closing in on 150 appearances for Brakes since joining the club from Tamworth on our return to the National League North in 2017, and has been one of the unsung heroes of the squad over that time.
‘I’m delighted to stay on for another season,’ said Clarke. ‘The squad has improved each year, and it’s a shame the last two seasons came to an end early.
‘Like all the lads I am looking forward to the start of the new campaign, and seeing the fans back at the ground.’
Joe has not yet been able to take part in any pre season games due to injury, but is sure to once again play a big part in keeping the midfield engine room ticking over in the coming season.
