Paul Holleran has revealed that summer signing Gift Mussa has decided to leave the club, and has joined Southern League Premier Division Central side Bromsgrove Sporting.
Gift signed from Coventry United in the close season, and impressed with his effort and determination in his eight appearances for us having made the leap from Step 5 football, but a hamstring injury meant that he missed several games.
'Gift suffered a setback with a hamstring problem and he now needs to be playing games to get back to full fitness,' said the Brakes boss. 'It is paramount that is he playing football, he had an approach from Bromsgrove and he has decided to go there, where he will get some much needed game time. We wish Gift all the best, he is still registered with the football club and the door will always be open for him. He is a fantastic young man and has been a pleasure to work with.'
