Stephan Morley became a mainstay of Paul Holleran's Leamington defence along with Jamie Hood, James Mace and Liam Daly for a good few seasons as the manager built a squad that would eventually win the Southern League title and promotion to the Conference North. Steph caught the eye with his performances at left back and his ferocious dead ball qualities, and he captained the side to promotion and in the following seasons in at Step 2.
Steph returned to Leamington in November 2019 after a gap of almost five years, slotting seamlessly back into the left side of defence like he had never been away. His experience has been vital as Brakes have continued to establish themselves in the National League North.
Joining us initially from Halesowen Town in 2010, Morley moved on to Corby and then Brackley Town in 2015, later appearing for Tamworth and AFC Telford United before returning to Leamington.
