Scott Lycett joined Leamington very early on in Paul Holleran's first campaign in charge, and quickly helped to shore up the defence with his no nonsense committed performances, something which earned him the Players Player of the Season award at the end of the season. He was a mainstay at right back the following season as Leamington made the play offs, but only made two appearances the following campaign before leaving the club.
