Former Aston Villa youngster Kelsey signed for Leamington in summer 2021 following his release from Scunthorpe United. The 22 year old was a regular scorer as he spent 12 years working his way up the ranks at Villa Park, and made his professional debut while on loan at Cheltenham Town, scoring his first goal soon afterwards. Kelsey has experience of the National League North having spent two spells with Hereford. Unfortunately his season came to a premature end when he suffered an ACL injury at Farsley Celtic in March, but having already undergone surgery he is well on his way to rehabilitation and a return during this season.
