Dan Meredith has become Leamington's sixth signing of the summer, following Jake Weaver in returning to the club on a permanent basis after spending the last four games of last season with us on loan from West Bromwich Albion, making two substitute appearances. 

Turning 21 this month, Dan has been hugely impressive during our pre season fixtures, operating in midfield and at right back, and will be a quality addition to the squad

'We are delighted that Dan has linked up with us,' said manager Paul Holleran. 'He's young, energetic and versatile. It is always difficult when you come out of a full time environment, and he's still got a little bit of work to do with his identity but he's a great kid to work with and has bags of potential, so we'll see where the journey takes him. He's a really good professional which we knew already from his time with us last season, and we're delighted he's on board and hopefully he can make an impact in this division.'
