Connal Trueman was one of seven goalkeepers used in the ill fated 2014/15 season, making three starts as Paul Holleran utilised his contacts with former player Richard Beale at Birmingham City. The promising youngster helped Brakes to two draws in the league, his other appearance came in the FA Trophy at Bradford Park Avenue. 

Connal started the first two games of Birmingham's 2018/19 season in the Football League Championship.
