Theo Streete has agreed terms to remain at Leamington for the forthcoming season, manager Paul Holleran has revealed.
The veteran central defender enjoyed a solid first season with Brakes despite our eventual relegation, and formed a reliable partnership with Jack Lane, becoming something of a fans favourite, playing in 39 of our 50 games, and scoring once - the winner in our home clash with Bradford Park Avenue.
'I'm excited to be coming back and playing another season with Leamington,' said Streete. 'Even though last year was a tough one I thoroughly enjoyed my time with the lads, staff and fans. This year will be equally as tough, but with the signings we have made and the lads who have remained at the club we will have a really good go at righting some of the wrongs from last season.'
'Theo was one of our most consistent performers last season,' said the manager. 'He is still in great shape and his experience and knowhow will be vital to us in the coming months. We are looking forward to working with him again.'
