Young goalkeeper Niall Cooper was signed in the October of 2012, and made 19 appearances, helping the team to the Southern League Premier Division title. A red card in a 3-0 defeat at Banbury seemed to prematurely spell the end of his time at the club, as he only made one more appearance before losing his place to the on loan Laurie Walker. 

Niall has gone on to play for Warwickshire neighbours Rugby Town AFC and Stratford Town.
