Arron Parkinson joined Leamington from Woodford United along with Tom Fountain and Russell Dunkley in the summer of 2007 ahead of Leamington's return to the Southern League, but was the only one of the trio to stay for the whole season. He was named captain for the majority of the campaign and scored two goals, the winner against Rothwell Town at home and the fourth goal in a win over his former club Woodford at the New Windmill Ground. After defeat in the play off final at the end of 2007/08 Arron returned to Woodford United.
