Jack spent two seasons at Barwell, having made the step up from Midland Alliance football in 2012 after a successful season with Coventry Sphinx, beginning his career at our Warwickshire neighbours Studley.

Comfortable playing in defensive positions or in midfield, Jack is a versatile utility player who is athletic and tidy on the ball.

He captained Nottingham Trent University, and has had a good upbringing in football terms over the last few years, being involved with teams that play different styles of football.

The combative midfielder has become a firm fans favourite since signing from Barwell in 2014, something which was highlighted when he won the Supporters Player of the Season award at the 2016 Presentation Evening.

He is closing in on a century of appearances in Gold and Black now, having played in 53 games last season and finishing second highest goalscorer at the club with twelve, and is sure to be a key figure again in 2016/17.
