Kaiman joined the club in the summer of 2019 and quickly became an integral figure on and off the pitch, becoming involved with the Junior set up along with Kieran Dunbar alongside playing for the first team.

Kaiman joined Leamington from Stourbridge prior to the beginning of the 2019/20 season, making 40 appearances in his first season at National League North level. He scored four times - the late leveller at Kidderminster on his debut and the winning goal at Hereford among the highlights. 

Beginning his career at Shrewsbury Town, Kaiman had loan spells in non league, most notably at Halesowen Town where he scored 26 goals in 56 games over two spells. Brief spells at Southport and Nantwich Town preceded his move to Stourbridge in 2017. 

Kaiman left Leamington early in 2022 to play closer to his home in Shrewsbury, signing for Stafford Rangers.
