Kristian qualified in Sports Therapy back in 2003, and went onto work within a few academy set-ups at Wycombe Wanderers, Leeds United, Hartlepool United and Sunderland.
After a long period away from the game exploring other career avenues, a return and a further degree in Physiotherapy opened up new opportunities for him, starting with six months working within the first team medical department at Leeds United prior to the covid pandemic hitting.
Kristian currently works full-time as a musculoskeletal Physiotherapist in the NHS, and is also beginning his Masters Degree in Football Science and Rehabilitation this season.
Having now joined Leamington as first team physio, he has been busy in the close season overseeing a full medical department rebuild for the new season due to new regulations imposed by the Football Association within Step 3.
