TJ began his career at his home town club in the Youth set up, and was part of Jason Cadden's squad that romped to a Midland Alliance league and cup double in a memorable 2006/2007 campaign.

It was at our near neighbours Stratford Town that Tom caught the eye of then Watford boss Sean Dyche, and realised his dream of becoming a professional when the Hornets signed him on a 1 year deal in the summer of 2011, and he made his debut in an FA Cup 3rd round tie against Bradford City at Vicarage Road.

Since then the 27 year old has gained a wealth of experience playing mainly in the National League North for Nuneaton Town, Corby Town, Tamworth and last season Hednesford Town, along with a spell at Daventry Town.

He ended last season on loan at Rugby Town. This will be Tom's third spell at the club after he spent a short spell on loan with us back in 2012/13.
