With a large attendance anticipated on Saturday 14 October for the first ever visit of former Championship and Football League York City FC, we are asking supporters of both sides to help with travel and parking by making use of the Match Day Bus Service, or by car sharing or using the Brakes Trust Mini-bus service.

For those coming to the Phillips 66 Community Stadium for the first time, please note that although there is parking for approximately 350 vehicles, there is NO alternative ‘on street parking’, as we are located on a busy country road with no pavements and surrounded by farmland.

We ask all supporters attending the game to either arrive a little bit earlier or give themselves additional time to utilize the bus services.  PRIORITY will be given to departure of the bus services from the stadium at the conclusion of the match.

MATCH DAY BUS SERVICE (£2 return cash fare payable on outward journey to ground) Two double-decker buses will operate as scheduled below:

Leamington Rail Station                                     1315     1335     1350    1410    1420

Windmill Inn, Tachbrook Road                           1319     1339     1354    1414    1424

Heathcote Pub, Tachbrook Road                       1322     1342     1357    1417    1427

Phillips 66 Community Stadium                          1330    1350     1405    1425    1435

The double-decker buses will both depart shortly after the conclusion of the match with further journeys departing the stadium at 1725 and 1745hrs.

We ask all supporters parking at the Phillips 66 Community Stadium to assist us by car sharing where possible.  We also ask that if you are being collected by car or taxi after the match that those vehicles arrive either before 4.45pm or after 5.10pm.  PRIORITY will be given to vehicles exiting the site.

The Supporters Trust operate a low cost mini-bus service with various collection points across Warwick and Leamington.  For full details of their schedule visit their website brakestrust.com

The match will be segregated and that decision has been taken purely on the grounds of safety due to the expected number of York City supporters likely to attend. York City fans will be accommodated at the North Bank end of the ground (opposite end to clubhouse) with admission being gained via turnstiles at the far end of car park. There is covered terracing at that end for 200 persons plus covered seating for a further 50 fans (priority will be given to those who are older or have limited mobility). Leamington fans will have access to the main stand, Harbury Lane End terracing and hard standing on the ‘dug out’ side of the ground with admission via the turnstiles at the clubhouse end of ground.

Entry to the ground can be gained from 1.00pm onwards. Pitch-side catering units, bar and toilet facilities will be available at both ends of the ground. ALCOHOL will only be served in plastic containers.

Access for all supporters with a disability will be via entrance next to main turnstiles at the clubhouse end of the ground.

There will be a temporary full bar facility, catering and toilets at the segregated end of the ground.  Admission can be gained from 1pm onwards.  Entry will be upon cash payment.  Please note we do not have a credit facility.

Clubhouse Bar Will Be Open To All Fans At Conclusion Of The Match. BT Sport available. (Wayford v Arsenal - 5.30pm ko)

ADMISSION PRICES are Adults £12, Concessions £8, Students (with ID) £6, Under 18 £3, Children Under 12 FREE. Programme £2.50

York City Fans – Train services from York to Leamington arrive at 37 minutes and 58 minutes past the hour and depart from Leamington to Manchester at 14 minutes (one change) and 47 minutes (direct) after the hour.

York City fans please note that the Match Day Bus Service departing the ground immediately after the game is unlikely to enable you to catch the 1714 service. (Approx 15 min journey time from stadium to rail station)
